Applicability
These Terms of Use apply to the Audio Editor app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for Android mobile devices that was created by the Service Provider as a service.
These Terms of Use are effective as of 2026-06-04.
Acceptance of Terms
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to these terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or the related trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
App Functionality
Audio Editor provides audio and media editing tools that may include trimming, cutting, splitting, merging, inserting, recording, converting, compressing, extracting audio from video, volume adjustment, speed adjustment, ringtone creation, equalizer tools, voice changer tools, and multi-track editing.
Available tools, export options, file support, quality settings, subscriptions, advertisements, and premium features may change over time.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the media files, recordings, projects, names, exports, and content you import, create, edit, save, or share through the Application.
You must ensure that you have all rights and permissions required to edit, convert, distribute, or share any audio, video, recording, music, ringtone, or other media processed through the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against rooting your device or using modified operating system environments that may compromise device security or cause the Application to function incorrectly.
Changes, Charges, and Service Scope
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application, change available features, display advertisements, or charge for services at any time and for any reason.
The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated through the Application, Google Play, RevenueCat-supported purchase flows, or other relevant billing interfaces.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms of Use and privacy policies. Third-party services used or planned for use by the Application may include:
Connectivity and Data Charges
Some functions of the Application may require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms may still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage, including roaming data charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the Application, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Audio Editor may offer purchasing options to enhance your experience, including subscriptions, trial offers, lifetime access, and one-time purchases for premium features or services.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions: May provide ongoing access to premium features, ad removal, advanced editing tools, batch features, export options, customer support, or other paid capabilities billed periodically, such as weekly, monthly, annual, or other plans offered at the time of purchase.
- Trial or introductory offers: May provide limited-time access before renewal or before the standard subscription price applies, subject to Google Play eligibility and offer terms.
- One-time or lifetime purchases: May grant access to specified premium features with a single payment and no recurring renewal requirement, depending on what is offered in the Application.
Payment will be charged through your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Google Play policies before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play refund policies and applicable law. The Service Provider does not control Google Play refund decisions. Subscription and purchase infrastructure may be supported by RevenueCat and Google Play Billing.
Advertisements
The Application may display advertisements. Advertisements may be removed or reduced for eligible premium users depending on the purchase, subscription, entitlement, and app version. Advertisement availability, placement, and behavior may change over time.
Availability and Liability
The Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the Application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged and has sufficient storage, permissions, media access, and processing capability for the files you choose to edit.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, the Application may rely on third parties to provide billing, analytics, advertising, hosting, crash reporting, or other infrastructure. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the Application.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application at some point. The Application is currently available for Android devices that meet the relevant requirements, and these requirements may change over time. You may need to download updates if you want to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated so that it remains relevant to you or compatible with the Android version installed on your device. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice. Unless otherwise informed, upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end and you must cease using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms of Use
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms of Use. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
