Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to the Audio Editor app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for Android mobile devices, created by the Service Provider as a service. This service is intended for use "AS IS."
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-06-04.
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect or process information when you download, open, or use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- The screens, tools, or app areas you use, the time and date of usage, and time spent in the Application
- The Android version, device model, app version, language, approximate region, diagnostics, and crash information
- Advertising identifiers or app instance identifiers where permitted by your device settings and applicable law
The Application may also process file-related and service-related information when you select, trim, cut, split, merge, insert, record, convert, compress, extract, boost, save, export, or share audio or video files. This can include file names, file metadata, duration, format, local processing details, and technical request details needed to keep the Application functioning.
The Application does not collect precise location information about your mobile device.
Audio and Video Files
Audio Editor is designed to process media selected by the user. Many editing operations are performed locally on the device. Some app infrastructure, diagnostics, advertising, billing, or analytics systems may process limited technical data as described in this policy.
You are responsible for the audio, video, recordings, and other media files that you choose to import, edit, save, or share through the Application.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized, or limited operational data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help provide, secure, monetize, and improve the Application. The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device.
Third-party service providers used or planned for use by the Application may include:
Advertising
The Application may show advertisements through Google AdMob or related Google advertising services. Advertising partners may use device identifiers, ad identifiers, cookies, app activity, approximate location derived from IP address, and other signals to provide, measure, limit, and improve advertisements, subject to your device settings and applicable privacy choices.
You can manage ad personalization and advertising identifier settings through your Android device settings and Google account settings where available.
Purchases and Subscriptions
The Application may offer subscriptions, trials, one-time purchases, or lifetime access through Google Play Billing. Purchase and entitlement infrastructure may be supported by RevenueCat and Google Play. These services may process purchase identifiers, product identifiers, subscription state, transaction status, entitlement status, and related billing metadata to provide access to paid features.
Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- When necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, enforce terms, or respond to security issues
- With trusted service providers who work on the Service Provider's behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your Android device or through Google Play.
You may also adjust Android permissions, advertising settings, notification settings, and Google account privacy settings where applicable.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter, subject to operational, legal, security, analytics, fraud prevention, and backup requirements.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data, contact android@videoshakeapp.com, and the request will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's Privacy
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete it within a reasonable time after becoming aware of it. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, contact android@videoshakeapp.com.
Security
The Service Provider values your trust in providing information and uses commercially reasonable means to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
